A free health education site, written and edited by one person, who is not a doctor.

Golden Health Science was founded and is run by Ikechukwu Raymond. He writes and edits the health content, with a small team behind the design and production. He is not a medical doctor.

The site is established in Finland and works under Finnish law and the European Union law that applies. Its purpose is science-based health education, free to read. It sells no products, offers no medical services, and gives no clinical advice.

Almost anything, as long as it stays accurate, credited, and not for sale.

This site exists to be passed on. We want honest health knowledge to reach as many people as it can. So use it, and share it. We ask only that you keep it accurate and keep our name on it.

The case that comes up most

Republishing a whole article online needs our written permission first. Write to us, say which article, and say how you want to use it. Quoting a short passage with credit and a link needs no permission at all. Neither does sharing a link.

Two more

Translating or adapting an article needs permission, because meaning shifts in translation and health information has to stay accurate. And we do not allow this content to be used to train artificial intelligence without our written agreement.

Ordinary search engine indexing is welcome. So are accessibility tools and assistive technology. The line about automated collection is not aimed at any of them.

We do, apart from the parts that plainly belong to somebody else.

Unless we say otherwise, Golden Health Science owns or licenses the original material here. The articles, the pillar guides, the blog posts, the layout, and the design. Copyright law protects all of it, including the copyright law of Finland and the European Union, and the international agreements on copyright.

Some material here belongs to other people, such as quotations from research, and the fonts. Those stay with their owners.

Copyright means the person who made an original work holds the legal rights to it. It works like the deed to a house. You can be invited in, and you still cannot sell the place.

This site links out to scientific journals, health organizations, and other educational resources. Those links are there for information. We are not responsible for what any outside site holds, whether it is accurate, whether it works, or how it behaves. A link is never an endorsement.

Do nothing that could harm the site, its readers, or its name.
